Bullpen Terms & Conditions

I) The Bullpen will no longer be offering any make-up sessions for missed lessons regarding the group (class) programs. We apologize for any inconveniences. Please appreciate that we must pay our instructors even if you cannot make a class. However, If you have to miss a class and email or call us early enough, and we have open space on certain days during a week in question we would offer up the space in lieu of a missed class. If no spaces are open that week, or the day offered does not work, there is nothing more we can do.
II) No make-up classes for private sessions, no matter the length. The best we can do is a group lesson in exchange.
